Insert a six meter dowel rod into the remaining upward-pointing track in each of the PVC pipe. Space the stands approximately six meters apart. Attach elbow PVC pipe to the top of the six-foot rods, pointing ends against each other. Connect the two ends of the rack by attaching the final six-foot pole to each elbow PVC tubes’ open ends. Ensure that the cabinet rack is stable. You should be able to safely hang the portable closet for clothes on the horizontal bar.
